General Policy
Due to the nature of virtual assistant services, we do not typically offer refunds for services that have already been completed or hours that have been worked. However, we understand that circumstances may arise and will always strive to find a fair resolution.
Advance Payments & Packages

Hourly Packages / Retainers: If you purchase a block of hours in advance and choose not to use them, a refund may be issued for any unused hours, provided that notice is given within 14 days of purchase.

One-Off Services: Payments for single tasks or projects are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Cancellations

If you wish to cancel ongoing services, we require 14 days written notice.

Any outstanding work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable in full.
Errors or Issues
If you believe that a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, make corrections at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
Please email prettyorganisedva@gmail.com with your refund request, including details of the service purchased, the date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 5 business days.
